Our mission is to:

To equip, empower, and inspire youth by using the word of God.

The P150 Children’s Ministry is committed to nurturing the spiritual growth and development of the youth at WOGCF through engaging lessons, hands-on activities, and supportive mentorship. Led by a team of four dedicated coordinators, the ministry provides age-appropriate Bible teaching each Sunday, organizes fun and educational outings, and supports church-wide youth events such as backpack drives and community dinners. Coordinators ensure classrooms are well-staffed by recruiting and mentoring teachers, preparing curriculum materials, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment each week. In addition to serving regularly, the team also participates in quarterly trainings and works closely with the Education Leader to support the vision for youth discipleship at WOGCF.

As part of the P150 Ministry you will:

  1. Scheduling teachers monthly for your team (age group)
  2. Recruit new teachers
  3. Mentor teachers by providing training information to new teachers and allowing new teachers to shadow you
