Pastor E. has long possessed an interest in empowering and inspiring people. His gift of exhortation was visible at an early age as he assisted in starting
The Brothers in Christ youth ministry at King Solomon Baptist Church in Natchez Mississippi. Erick accepted his call to preach the Gospel under the guidance of Pastor John B. Hollmon. After being licensed to preach by Pastor Hollmon, Erick went on to give leadership to various ministries at the Fellowship of Redeeming Truth Church.
